Hace un poco más de 12 años que la Veterinaria de mis perritos es Pets & Company y durante ese tiempo he tenido muchos perritos, aproximadamente 30, antes de llegar con ellos recorrí varios lugares y a mi juicio son los mejores por varias razones, entre ellas: Preparación, experiencia, trato a los animalitos, disponibilidad, créanme que son un buen equipo.
No puedas estar más agradecida con Pets & Company. Desde la primera vez que llevé a mi gatito Morfeo, quedé sorprendida por la precisión de su diagnóstico después de una exhaustiva y puntual revisión. Desde entonces, y ya vamos por el 5o gatito, sólo he tenido buenas experiencias. Ya sea atención en la noche, revisiones periódicas o lo que una humana nerviosa piensa que es una urgencia, la doctora Sandra y el doctor Víctor, nos han tratado con diligencia y sobre todo mucho cariño con mis gatitos. La Dra. Sandy atiende desde hace 6 años a todos mis perros. Le ha salvado la vida muchos de ellos, mis perros son tratados con amor, entrega y responsabilidad. I have known Sandra, Jose and her team for most of my existence here in Merida, 20 yrs going strong. That reliability, knowledgeable and assurance is everything to me. I feel I can count on her to respond to my pets needs being direct family member or fresh rescue in any capacity. If it involves special care out of her reach she will source you best option available at any hour. That security, love and care I feel is what our loved ones deserve. After moving to Merida, I did extensive research before selecting a veterinarian. I chose Pets & Co. and have been amazed at the quality of service they provide. Dra Sandra and Dr Victor are warm, compassionate, caring and very knowledgeable.
Over the last three years, they have treated my six dogs, plus 5 rescues and several of my friend’s pets. They have been there for us during emergencies and have gracefully supported us when it was time to let go. I highly recommend Pets & Co. and their incredibly dedicated team. Thanks for everything 💕
I tried 3 different vets before I found Pets & Company twenty years ago. Sandra is a very loving and compassionate vet. She once met me at 3am to do emergency surgery on one of my dogs though now there are 24 hours emergency rooms in Merida there weren’t when I moved here in 2001. I trust her completely with my pets and now I’m on my 3rd generation.
We have been clients of Pets & Company for three years now, since we moved to Merida. With three dogs and a cat in the house, we are usually at the vet a few times a year. There have been times where Drs. Sandra and Victor have met us at the office after or before hours to see our pets. Once Victor took home our cat home to keep an eye on her after stomach surgery. Our little rescue spent 21 days in the office recovering from a skin, eye and blood infection – and has become a healthy little girl. Sandra and Victor are amazing, loving people who will look after your animals like they were their own. Prices have always been fair and reasonable also.
Dra sandy and dr victor and their team are the best vets I’ve known since moving to merida… they are very caring about our fur babies and ourselves… they are available 24 hrs and will go to the end of the rope to find out what is wrong with your pet if it is not well and keep you informed… I have had many of my clients change to her after being misdiagnosed by other companies…. dr munoz is dra Sandy’s husband and the best horse vet . . These two make me feel very secure in both the large and small animal world. I give 5 stars …and highly recommend them.

I have been a frequent client of Pets & Company for 10 years. If asked to describe the staff with one word I would use the word “responsive”. Dr. Sandra, Dr. Victor and other staff members have responded so excellently to my many pet emergencies and to my pets’ wellness needs. Plus they have been invaluable to me in my efforts to sterilize and to provide a higher quality of life for many feral rooftop cats in my neighborhood.
